This initial, complimentary consultation sets the foundation for a remarkable travel experience tailored to your desires. Our primary aim during this call is to establish a genuine connection with you, and for you to get to know us as well. We encourage you to tell us about your passions, past travel experiences, and what makes a vacation truly special for you. At the end of this introductory call, we'll have a comprehensive understanding of your unique vision and desires, and you will have a clear sense of the services we offer and complete confidence in the value and peace of mind we provide to make your dream a reality.
Step 2:
Research & Trip Proposal
Based on our initial consultation, we will get to work on creating a tailor-made itinerary that not only meets but exceeds your travel goals. During the trip proposal video call, we will present your custom itinerary and explain any alternatives that might be of interest to you. Your feedback is invaluable. If there are any specific changes or additions you'd like to make, such as adjusting the duration of your stay, including particular tours and activities, or making changes to accommodations, we're here to listen and implement these modifications. Once we've worked together to fine-tune the details, we will finalize the itinerary. We're thrilled to be part of this exciting process and look forward to making your vacation truly exceptional.

Book and Get Packing
This is the phase where we put the pieces in place to make your vacation a reality. We will book and finalize all the necessary details, including accommodations, flights, transportation, and any special experiences you've chosen. You will have access to your itinerary on your mobile device, making it convenient for you to stay organized and informed about your travel plans. There are no additional booking fees when your trip is booked through one of our preferred and trusted suppliers. However, we are happy to customize each component of your trip to ensure your vacation is perfect. During the trip proposal meeting, any additional service fees for booking and confirming reservations will be presented and explained.
